I had some desperate in depth work needing to be done on an AC unit which involved a leak of coolant and coil replacement and small electrical components that were on the verge of quitting. So for those who don’t know the coolant gets pricey approx 100 per pound and I needed about fine pounds. The Coolant, coil, and labor was where the bulk of the pice came. The techs need to cut pvc from the old unit and it was rebuilt like new. Techs were punctual, personable, knowledgeable, friendly, and for those who don’t like to clean up after a job is done neat and clean. They took steps for things I should look out for as well as other parts that needed replacing and showing me why. They were quick and even though the job took longer than quoted it was to NO FAULT of their own. This is where the compliment comes in and proves they didn’t cut corners and only enhanced the work they stand by.10/10 would recommend.

I have had a wonderful experience all of the 5+ times I’ve used them. They are professional, quick response, reasonably priced and don’t push products or services. I’m very pleased with their services and prices, and recommend them. This season (2024) on a very hot day, my AC stopped functioning. They came out same-day within four hours to restore it. They restored it, but after 20-years, it needed to be replaced due to the nature of the break. They gave me four replacement price options. While I was determining my best option, it broke again. They came out again same-day within a couple hours and fixed it, only this time they did not charge me, since I scheduled the replacement option with them. A week later they replace the AC very quick (important on hot days) by sending not just one teach, but a team. I have always had a great experience with Northern Continental. Love my new AC. This was money well spent!

Our maintenance contract covers both furnace and A/C units, includes an annual clean and check, and when you pay the one time maintenance contract you get 10% off any work needed.

Do you offer senior or military discounts?

Yes! We offer 10% off for military members or veterans, and 10% off for seniors.

What other services do you offer?

We also do tank and tankless water heaters and boilers.
